Bring the Evidence Together
Survey responses collected through QR, WhatsApp and email, digital reviews, purchase data and, where relevant, behavioral data from sensor technologies can be interpreted within the same experience context.
Customer Experience Measurement & Research
Metriqore develops measurement and research technology that brings surveys, open-text feedback, digital reputation, and behavioral data together.

01 / Approach
Beyond the Score
Ratings, survey responses, and online reviews can all contain noise. Metriqore evaluates response quality, measurement reliability, and context so decision-makers can distinguish stronger findings from those that should be treated with caution.
02 / Method
More Than Data Collection
The difference is not more features or more data. Metriqore solutions bring different sources of evidence together within a rigorous measurement framework.
Survey responses collected through QR, WhatsApp and email, digital reviews, purchase data and, where relevant, behavioral data from sensor technologies can be interpreted within the same experience context.
Psychometric principles and response-quality checks help prevent inattentive, inconsistent or low-information responses from carrying undue weight in decisions.
Risks, opportunities and areas for improvement are translated into clear priorities that decision-makers can understand and act on.
Different Experience Settings. The Same Measurement Rigor.
Each setting calls for different measures and methods. Rather than applying the same survey everywhere, Metriqore adapts shared psychometric principles to the context—whether the experience belongs to a guest, customer, student, patient or investor.
Guest experience
Tracks the guest journey from before arrival through post-stay using surveys, requests, complaints, digital reviews, and operational data. Issues become visible while the guest is still on property, digital reputation is monitored continuously, and hotel teams can see where improvement is needed.
Customer research panel
Builds a research panel that provides recurring, high-quality feedback from current and prospective customers. Participant quality, response quality, and panel health are monitored over time, while recurring studies address management questions about brands, products, experiences, and markets.
Student experience
Helps schools measure the academic, social, and emotional experience of students and parents using reliable measurement tools. School administrators get a regular view of strengths, emerging concerns, and areas that need improvement.
03 / The Metriqore difference
Technology alone isn’t enough
Measurement tools are selected to fit the research question and experience context rather than relying on generic question banks.
Data-quality checks help distinguish more informative feedback from weak, inconsistent or low-quality responses.
Surveys, open-text feedback, digital reviews and relevant behavioral data are interpreted together rather than in isolation.
Decision-makers see not only the score, but why a finding matters and what can be done about it.
Continuous Learning
Customer expectations, behavior, and market conditions keep changing. Measuring experience a few times a year is not enough. A continuous research practice tracks change, investigates why it happened, supports action, and measures the impact afterwards. Metriqore helps make that cycle part of how the organization works.
Monitor experience regularly to spot shifts, risks, and areas for improvement early.
Use segmentation, benchmarking, research panels, and custom study designs to test what is driving the findings.
Measure again after action is taken, so improvement is guided by new evidence rather than assumptions.
From Research to Practice
Founded in 2025 by Hakan Cengiz, PhD, a consumer researcher and professor of marketing, Metriqore grew out of a university-based technology ecosystem. Today, the company develops measurement technology, research software, and AI solutions for customer experience. The idea behind Metriqore was simple: organizations should not only collect feedback; they should also know how much confidence they can place in it.
